We mainly do 4 steps in the lipo procedure. 

1. numb the area with lidocaine infused under the skin. 
2. break up the fat with either laser or by using ultrasound cavitation
3. suck the fat out
4. then use Renuvion skin tightening. this is a helium plasma beneath the skin. 

One procedure takes 2.5 to 5 hours, depending on the number of areas being worked on. 

Bleeding is minimal as is post operative bruising
